Delight dragon fruit is a self-pollinating and self-fertile variety that will set fruit on its own. This variety was created by renowned hybridizer Paul Thomson through the cross between Niezel (white flesh) and Rixford (red flesh), the fruit from Delight weighs around 1 pound. The flesh has a unique pink color that has a delightful flavor, and this is where it gets its name. Delight is incredibly sweet with Brix of 21.7 and very flavorful, this variety was Paul Thomson's favorite variety.
