Rainbow dragon fruit is a rare variety cultivated in Indonesia, we imported the Rainbow variety directly from local farmer in Indonesia in 2021. This variety has a very unique appearance as the name suggests, the skin of the fruit has rainbow colors and it is very attractive. The white flower variety has a strong aroma smell, the red flesh Rainbow fruit is sweet with Brix 18+. The fruit is best to harvest when the skin of the fruit turns fully red to optimize the sugar content and best flavor.
