Sour Patch Watermelon (SPW) dragon fruit variety as its name implies has a taste closely resembles of raspberry-watermelon flavor, mildy tart with juices that sit on tongue like crystalized sugar. The description of the fruit was provided by Richard Le of Grafting Dragon fruit, where our original SPW was acquired directly from him. The size of the fruit is huge and weigh 1.5 pounds, it has magenta and pink colored flesh. The first season's brix score is already very sweet and close to 18, and the sugar content will increase in the coming seasons.
